I also had this feeling in my head. I had it quite often when my anxiety was at it worse. I believe it was related to anxiety and depression. Though a chiropracter can't hurt. It has helped me with many other issues.

Has anyone else tried EMDR Therapy? I have been working with my therapist to address my anxiety that may be due to my past events like an unstable childhood. Sometime I feel great after a session and other times I feel down for days after. I guess it is part of facing problems and resolving issues. ...

Hi All. This is my first post on here. Has anyone taken prozac and had more anxiety and then gone on Lexapro? That is my situation and I am nervous about taking the Lexapro now. I don't want the same thing to happen as when I tried Prozac. Any advice.
