Kodiak, My biggest problem is that when I recognize I am having a great day, it can almost bring me down because I actually start wondering why I had a good day and then I can start feeling a few odd things and generally I get set off. I always feel worse in the mornings too for some reason. Someone else on here said it could be because your body is coming out of a relaxed state (sleep), and everything rushes back at you. Not sure though.
