its funny, but I was having extreme panic attacks too...I did not know what it was at the time, but i swore it was food poisoning. doctor ran every kind of test, and then had me come back for another blood test and found my TSH as 31.

your blood work looks good for TSH and T4, but the antibodies are a concern.
