I have the cds and am hoping this program is good for those who suffer from agorphobia ? any advce ? I have not started the program yet.

Thank you, it did go away for 3 days and today is the first day that I've been home (I was staying at my Mom's) and I have it again, I don't know if it's because of the change that I'm back home or what. But it's driving me crazy!
