Stress Center Peer Support

I have not been checking in with the support group in about a month, but also suffer with mostly depression and would love to join the circle. I'm on Week 9 and for some reason today I feel overwhelmed and am not certain why. Depression just sneaks in out of nowhere for me and it truly frustrates me...
