Stress Center Peer Support

Helo everyone I am a newbie and working the program. The last couple days I have this uneasy feeling I wake up with, almost like I am scared and I dont know why. Does any body else experiene funky moods with no explanation and what do you do about it ?

I am new to the boards and was wondering if anyone had issues with sleep. It started with waking up in the middle of the night having a panic attack. Now I think about if I am going to sleep tonight. Which causes more aniexty. so i have been getting 2 to 4 hours a sleep for the last two weeks. I kno...
