i mentioned this to somone who told me to ask my doctor about beta-blocking drugs to stlp the fight or flight response, just to use for public speaking and job interviews. I'm going to ask a doctor and find out if this is an option.

When I am in speaking in front of people, or talking about personal experiences I get very blotchy and "blush" quickly, even if I want to be there and feel confident that I'm saying the right things, the extra adrenaline shows up with red blotches, sometimes purple.
