Stress Center Peer Support

I am really nervous to mix these. Does anyone experience being on an anti-depressant and taking Good Days? I once heard that it's bad to take 5-HTP with meds. That referred to a larger dose of course, but it still has me freaking out.

Why do I keep putting myself in this position? I find it very hard to have a social life and not drink. Its a horrible cycle and I'm having a tough time getting out of the routine.

I feel an attack coming! Freaking out. Such a shaky mess.

Today is my birthday. Does anyone else get really depressed on their birthdays? I've been feeling so great lately, woke up feeling good, but one negative interaction with a friend and I'm right back to where I usually am on this day. So upset.
