Hey, Mel!

OCD is classified as an anxiety disorder. It's one type among many, such as GAD, panic disorder, PTSD, etc. So anxiety definitely accompanies it.

Hi Don, Thanks for your response. It gives me much encouragement. I'm trying to work hard on the program and have started to feel a small improvement. With this condition it is hard to not want to go through the program quickly because i want a quick fix, but I do know that it does not work that way...
