Stress Center Peer Support

Thanks Monty'smom. I did email them, and got a reply back from Darla (Darla@stresscenter.com) and she told me that the center didn't sell individual tapes in the series anymore...just the relaxation tape/cd.

I get them without any outside situation as far as I can tell as I get them sometimes just as I'm falling asleep. I wake up completely, certain that I am dying, and have even woke my husband to take me to ER...of course...within a few minutes I realize it's another PA....and try to go back to sleep....

I am starting the program again after several years. I am missing tapes (cassette) 5 & 6. Will I still be sucessful without them? I really cannot afford to re-purchase the entire system again, and StressCenter.com doesn't sell them individually.
