Hello, I just read your post and thought I would reply. I have not lost a child in the manner you have but lost one through a pregnancy that was VERY MUCH wanted. That was when my real first anxiety hit that I could not manage. My brother died suddenly when I was only 5 and my parents did not handle...

Has anyone had any experiance with this, and does anything its effective? I have some things in my past that I sorta never dealt with because they are too painful, and I realize now I have to deal with them. I heard this was a great treatment on par or better than the standard stuff. It is mainly us...

My shrink told me about this book when I asked him about which book I should read about depression.I have heard very good reviews about it. I believe its very similiar to this program in terms of the writing negative->positive dialogue. Anyone else read this book? I can't wait to get it in the mail.

I still do exactly w...

As a fellow hypochondriac I can sympathize. However for all those like me who think you have heart problems, brain tumors or whatever here is my advice. Unless you collapse from physical pain, blood starts gushing out your ears or you throwup your organs, then your probably just obsessing. It took m...

For the first time in a month I woke up with no depression, and no anxiety. I actually feel "normal". I got a brain tumor fear this morning and actually laughed, because that is so much less than I have been going through. Im just glad I have some time of feeling normal. Hopefully hte last month was...

When I was younger, my brother did some things that really bothered me at the time. They weren't all that bad, but at the time they were felt very very cruel and made me feel horribly violated. I couldn't care less now, however for most of my life, whenever he makes certain noises, or does certain t...
