Didn't read the other posts, so this may be redundant...Call friends, exercise, I do laundry (ok...not fun but it keeps your mind busy), treadmill/walk, tape and good show at night and watch it the next day, come on Chat, go to Church or a neighbors house)....Sounds easy, but I know it is hard.
