It sounds like you may have OCD. See if you can get a dignosis from an MD or psychologist.
It may be the first step to major relief. You seem to be performing a compulsion or tic. You will win over it! Lots of people have, and I'm trying!

They are 100% OCD, a medical disorder. God, who knows everything knows how you Love Him. He sees deeply into your heart, even more than you do, and he knows the thoughts are not real, NOT sinful.
