Stress Center Peer Support

For the last 4 or 5 nights my face and neck will just get red and have bumps under my skin. I know what hot flashes are but this is different.

Does any one esle have jaw pain or know if it is also part of anxiety?

Has anyone ever had their anti-depression med work right away?

so this spacey, head feels heavy, can't think
is anxiety?

I would like to here if anyone knows what I can do?
I have had hot flashes for as long as I can remember,well over 10 years.
Does any one know what I can do? I'am maybe 40lbs over weight could that be why?

I've been given an anti-depressant but I am not depressed, however I do have a lot of panic attacks and anxiety.
So what I want to know is.
"Is there a med just for anixety that you can take everyday?"

Which help's anxiety the best?
Please help.

Is anyone happy with taking zoloft and would
recommend it.
