My legs have been feeling numb,and painful especially when i try to exercise or dance, they just feel like they gonna fall off . I'm just freaking out i think i might have PAD. last night while i was sleeping one of my legs fell asleep , i hope i'm not the only one who feels this.

I've been trying to to exercise and for some reason i get really anxious right before i exercise. I went to a cardiologist to get my results of my echo and holter monitor, The cardiologist said everything was fine execpt my heart rate was fast. He decide to do a stress test today. When i got on the treadmill my heart was in 118, i was really nervous. anyways so i was on it for about 5 to 10 min ...

I recently starting exercising 10 min a day. I've been having heart palpitation while exercising.My skips a beat . Is this commom?

For the past few weeks i've been experencing cold feet , numbness, and pain in my calfs. on both feet and legs. It feels like the sensation u feel in your arms after they taken your blood pressure. I don't know if it has to do with my anxiety or what. Has anyone ever felt this before???

I've been having rapid pulse.Even walking down the street, cleaning, or having one drink (beer). chest pain, numbness. any one with these symptoms?

I feel like i can't do anything just, walking down the street or cleaning my house ,my heart starts racing . Especially now in the summer, when is really hot out my heart starts pounding i can't go to the beach on a really hot day it's such a bad feeling.
