My heart is skipping a beat and this really scares me, last nite, I thought I was having a heart attack. I am at work right now and feel so sick, scared, overwhelmed, stomach upset, everything. Should my heart be skipping and palpitating like this? Maybe I should quit my job, I dont know what to do....
