I got mine with the program 11 months ago and it talks about walking in the forest towards a waterfall. No mention of riding in a car.

Bev, I gained 30 pounds and then stabilized. With in the past few months, my doctor raised my dosage, but I have actually been able to lose some of the weight I gained. So far, I have taken off 32 pounds. I hope this helps.

Has anyone ever woke up with one side of your face numb & tingly feeling & into your lips? It happened to me last night. It sent me soaring into a panic attack & ended up in ER. They did a CT scan which was normal. Scared me bad though.
