Stress Center Peer Support

Hi, I loaned someone my workbook and I had written down the name of a book about..Joy on the inside to develp joy on the outside! Or something to that effect. It was mentioned in the first couple of chapters. Does anyone know the name of this book and the author?

How can I just forget? I was thinking of getting hypnotized but this won't help. I have been to numerous counselors, and have had all kinds of treatment methods done, and I still cry everynight about him. How do I move on?
This is killing me
