I have the DVD and find it extremely uplifting! I watch that and "What the Bleep...Down the Rabbit Hole" over and over as part of my program to end depression and anxiety. they both give hope of gaining control over your life...I also recommend CDs by Karen Drucker. She makes CDs purposely to uplift...

I have the DVD and I just love it. I watch it when I am losing hope or just need a shot of positive vibes...I think I will get the book also
