Kamscout...The main thing is just to do it...You will become more stressed by placing a time limit on yourself....Remember we all have the same number of hours in a day...I pray that you will take at least an hour out of your day, just for you...You deserve it!!!!

This is just a suggestion instead of taking the whole or 1/2 the pill just take a quarter of it. This is what I take and it calms me right down. I don't like taking these types of medications because I don't like the feeling it gives me but the Xanax seems to work for me.
