Do you think you could be having any mild allergic reactions to anything. I used to get this sensation and for some reason I used to think it was a reaction to medicine.

I would also get the vibration in my ears at the same time.

whenever I hear someone else with the same symptoms mine usually goes away.

I also awaken sometimes and my chest area is vibrating. It used to make me panic, but not any more.

You say you have conquered the physical symptoms. Since when are our eyes not part of our bodies? Those are physical symptoms and we've all had them.

You didn't mention one eye disturbance that I didn't experience when I was at my worst.
