Last night, I felt like I ruined a trip for a friend because I felt nauseous at dinner and could not calm myself or eat much. It was probably anxiety or IBS, but I had to sit there and feel lousy picking at my food and not talking much. I repeatedly apologized for ruining dinner and our girl's night ...

Of the things I have avoided due to anxiety, the most depressing thing was romance... I seldom went on dates, and certainly never initiated (proposed) those dates that I did go on. If I accepted a invitation, I anticipated and experienced pre- and post-date panic attacks (primarily nausia).

Needless to say, the period of cramps passes and may or may not have had anything to do with the medication. I started carrying a pack of Pepto-Bismol, which resolved the issue ...

From as early as I can remember encountering crushes and flirtatious moments, I don't think I ever had a good emotional handle when it came to mingling with the opposite sex. I still feel like a child when it comes to coping with uncomfortable situations with young men (or old/er ones). And I have ...

This is my first time traveling for company business and I'm really nervous because I have a list of opposing factors working against my particular situation.
First, I am having to rent a car, despite the fact that this is an in-state trip because I don't have a car and my family does not have me ...
