Ok..so I finsihed the program....am off all my meds and doing pretty well...one weird thing is happening though...it seems like I am having panic attacks in my sleep??? Has this happened to anyone else? I wake up and my heart is beating fast and my thoughts are racing....weird huh?

I would call your doctor...don't forget that it make take several different meds until you get the one that works just right for you! hang in there!

YUCK!! I have been slowly coming off of my 37.5 mg of Paxil over the past month. Emotionally I am doing fine...but I HATE coming off of these meds. I am down to take a quarter of the 37.5 mg pill a day....I forgot to take it last night and now I feel "weird" and naseuos and have those biazarre ...

I was very pleased to read your post! I, too, am stuck on session three and am going to spend one more week on it. To me, the first two were fairly easy to go through...this one is a little harder! Good to know that others feel the same!
