Stress Center Peer Support

I think I spelled that wrong, anyway, Dr. wants to perscrib it for anxiety. I noticed alot of info. on the internet about hair loss, etc. Any advice?

I feel so guilty that I don't have the energy or desire to do alot with my children. The panic attacks made it impossible to do anything with them and now that the medication has them under control, I don't have the energy. Plus, I don't like running around much anymore so they just sit at home bore...
