Thank you for that testimony,It realy encorages me not to quit and give up.I have a fear of tight places like parking garages,if I pass by one the fear just comes all over me and I avoid parking in their.Does any one have this same fear.I just started and am on lesson 3.

I really think it just depends on the individual. It's good to do the cd just because you can remember those tools whenever you need them. But if you're doing great without it, I wouldn't worry about it. Do whatever works for you!

Unless your dr says not to, keep exercising. Is it possible you're doing too much too fast? Make sure you aren't overdoing it. The things we feel when we exercise can feel like anxiety, rapid heartbeat, out of breath..you will get used to it and be able to tell which is exercise and which is anxiety...
