Goldeng, Though we suffer from the same Disorder we experience different symptoms and don't feel the same. Seems I forever feel bad..I have Health Anxiety on top of Anxiety,Panic Disorder,Agoraphobia and Anticipatory Anxiety. Cancer and Diabetes are two of my current worries..keep thinking something...

I have been doing Weight Watchers, and it really works! When you stick to it - it is terrific! Plus, I have never eaten better, it is gourmet eating with lower fat and carbs content.
