Manda i wouldn't give up on the program...don't sell it. I had it sitting in my room a month before i opened it...and it has already made a world of a difference for me. Don't sell it..use it. IT is sitting in your room for a reason...there is time to do it..there always is i listen to it in the car ...

I hate to say this but i have had this program sitting in my room for a month. My dad purchased it for me but for a while i thought i was doing fine. I started going to a therapist and the "roller coasters" stopped. But now I am just angry. Angry all the time.
