Willow... Keep working with the program, it will go away! Once you really get to understand your symptoms, it gets easier to ride it out, and then the feelings just stop coming. Maybe it will start to creep back in, but you'll remind yourself that it is just the anxiety and your mind being overwhelm...

I agree, I felt so much worse taking the medication (Zoloft). Took only or 3 days and couldn't take it anymore. That was right before I started the program. I feel much better without medication, although I keep Ativan with me, but have not had to use it since starting the program 2 weeks ago.
