Stress Center Peer Support

I 'm at home today and I am doing just fine.It reaaly helps to know i'm not the only one going through this.I hope all of you are doing good.

Ive been telling myself I can do it and I can always call 911.And the police station
is only 3 miles away.Although I would fell pretty silly calling them.Thanks for all the input.

Do you guys find that staying away from sugar helps?It doesn't seem to matter if I eat it or not.Just wanted some input.
I feel alot better now just talking to you 3.

I have to try it Monday too.Maybe we can all do this together.I will be babysitting so that should help.I just won't have any adults around and thats what I need.I will pray for both of you

Is anyone else scared to stay home alone?What do you do?I need help with this.
