So a year ago I couldn't even leave my house but today I finally got my drivers permit! Now the really hard part is going to be learning to drive with an anxiety disorder lol. But at least I finally got up the nerve to get the first step done, on to the next. =)

Nausea and stomach problems have always been my main symptom. And my biggest fear is throwing up in public and embarrassing myself. I was wondering if anyone else has the same fear and does anyone have any ideas for soothing an upset stomach?
