Stress Center Peer Support

I'm so frustrated at this point with my job, but I feel too responsible to leave. Unfortunately this has now lead to management starting the "disciplanary" actions based on my "customer service" behaviors. I was asking for over 5 years for help in getting into the right place for my personality etc....
