At first I found the relaxation tape foolish and I could not get into it. Now, I like it and I can go to sleep while listening to it. i am behind on the cds so I plan on starting again. I have a difficult time relaxing and I don't want anyone around when I feel down.

You know what is really helpful?... get a piece of paper and a pen, strip down to your birthday suit and stand in front of a full length mirror, please make a list of everything that you percieve as "wrong" with you and post it on your fridge as a constant reminder of your imperfections... very ther...
