It's been many months since i've posted anything on the discussion board.

Does anyone else feel just totally exhausted from having anxiety/OCD all day long?

I don't compulse, but I do obsess, constantly think negatively, ruminating about things that I can't control, etc.

Some good advice on the board here.

I highly recommend talking to a professional who specializes in OCD (maybe you are already doing so?). They can try and work through this fear with you.

i just wish i could have more days like this and be able to control my anxiety/depression more. it's frustrating.

You're not alone as HOCD is part of obsessive compulsive.

I have the same obsession. Mine started several years ago.

I've had OCD (pure obsessions) for a long time. My OCD has switched obsessions over the years.

my ocd is pretty good right - as i'm finally seeking treatment after having this for 15 years, but i don't really understand what brings on ...

i'm going through a bout of depression right now - which always scares me.

i keep worrying what if this never goes away, what if i'm sick, what if it get's worse, what if i end up in the hospital ... i feel just sick and hopeless and so alone.

thanks holly. my ocd flips from scary to yucky thoughts. i hope you're doing ok. anything i can help you with? i've had agressive thoughts @ one time - but they don't have power over me anymore - probably because i spent years ignoring them - they just lose their control.

i've had a major flare up with my ocd.

i'm just starting to address this with a counsellor as i've had this for over 16 years.

my intrusive thoughts are so vulgar and nasty. so out of character for the person that i am. i just want to cry some days - and withdraw completely from social ...
