You made me giggle. We're such a mess, aren't we? (I mean that in the most loving way) I went for a visit to my psychologist today that I hadn't seen in years to reassure myself that I wasn't crazy. LOL Actually I went two weeks ago for that and this time to just finish up some scenarios of "OK, how...

Hey Paul, glad some of my opinions helped. Unfortunately my thyroid and anxiety have similar symptoms and overlap soemtimes but I have to deal with having them BOTH. So I've come to feeling a little better about feeling these things all the time and they don't bother me as much. I've accepted that I...

She was really bad, her eyes were popping out of her head. It's a great thing stopped smoking though....

Paul, it seems you think too much just like me lol. I over-analyze everything! I believe you are experiencing two separate issues which happen to have similar symptoms and affect each other. You know what? I had problems with Synthroid. I did NOT like it. Doctors swear by it, but my specialist told ...

paul, The only symptoms I get when my meds are too high is either palpitations or a tickling feeling in my heart. I don't think I get chest pains. If I do it's either acid reflux or air trapped. When I have anxiety my heart just pounds. Not sure what your pains can mean. Is it really bad? I know if ...

I am glad visted today I too struggle to fit it all in. I have decided to start small and stop to journal my thoughts every couple hours (actually using the oven timer to remind me. I found that I was worrying that I wasn't doing the program properly and not even realizing that that was a negative t...

Hey Fischee, I got diagnosed with a hiatal hernia last year with mild reflux but my doc never told me that my posture has anything to do with it. I have the worst slumping habit!! I try to correct it especially at work where I try to be ergonomically correct. I have THE WORST upper back, shoulder an...
