Am having extreme "what if" over a recent test result that has me going soon for a colonoscopy. Oh boy, am I having "what if's". Having suffered from this as well, for me I have found for IBS, a product called Equalactin helped, it's OTC and you take it with a glass of water. As well eating yogurt (like Activia) once a day also helped immensely.

Familiar here also. Went to the physician c/o same symptoms. Heart pounding to the point you should have been able to see my clothing move, or at least it felt that way and a heavy, tightness in the chest wall. As it turns out indeed it was the chest wall muscle simply tightening. What a workout! So...
