A therapist told me if you are having an anxiety attack or about to, put ice under your arm pit, it diverts your attention away from what is causing the anxiety attack because the ice is so cold and uncomfortable. I swear it works! I tried it and was amazed.

I know what it is like to be afraid of something even though it seems like something small. Try reading a book so that you relax and get sleepy and fall asleep naturally. Hi Twinny, Unfortunately, anytime you have an anxiety attack your heart is working harder to pump blood because you are in fight or flight mode.
