when do side effects of anti-d's kick in? right when you start taking it or a few weeks later when its actually in your system?

i started cymbalta about 9 days ago....does anxiety get a little worse before it gets better when starting meds?
any help is appreciated.

is it kind of like a roller coaster? like i will have a few great days and then a few horrible ones, ups and downs like a roller coaster. or is this just me, maybe i have symptoms of bi-polar? i dont know.

is uneasyness or restlessness a symptom of depression? seems i am always fidgeting and moving around. its like a physical restlessness, like i can actually feel it. lol i hope this makes sense

for anxiety mainly, can starting a new med make things worse before it gets better? thanks for all replies. i want to stick it out with this cymbalta, i have nothing to lose ya know.

anyone ever experience horrible restlessness through your whole body? i feel sometimes like there is a battery inside me, and from my head to feet i am completely restless. always stretching my muscles and stuff. its horrible
