2 My blood pressure was good
3 That I enjoy my job

1 woke up this morning to a sunny day
2 went to visit mom and conversation was positive
3 I had no major anxiety today

1 slept in till 11;30
2 took a nice long hot bath with a good book
3 grateful for God giving me a wonderful husband and great daughter
