You were in a car accident. No one expects you to be fine afterwards. Just because you suffered very minor physical things doesnt mean you dont suffer emotionally from this. My friend was in an accident a few years back, six, and to this day she has a hard time driving by the spot where she was hit....

I have to fall asleep to the tv but I set my sleep timer and it shuts itself off and I can do just fine that way. Otherwise I lay there with the same problem.

I would get all of the above plus what my brother calls 'the skin crawl' ! My mind would also race. Like I was going 99 mph.
