So, does anybody in here have experience with repressed memory therapy? I don't know if I believe in it at all. But, there has to be something in my past, a memory I can't get access to that is holding me back. I've hit a wall. I did session 3 two weeks ago and haven't done anything in the program ...

I'm mad today. Not anxious....just mad.
1) I have had added anxiety this week because of some of the things on THIS discussion board. I appreciate honesty, but for those of us still suffering from SEVERE panic attacks and agorophobia, brutal honesty is too much!
