Stress Center Peer Support

I discovered something a little while back after being harsh on myself as a parent. In my whole existence (I believe in a pre-mortal life) I have never been a parent...so of course I won't do everything perfect now! I have to learn through experiences--successes and failures...how to be the best mom...

I feel really exhausted after panic attacks as well. I went to counseling at one time and he told me even if you don't feel like it..do something. Don't just sit around and think, get busy doing the dishes or call a friend. It's some of the best advice I've ever had!
