I used to have panic attacks, maybe 15 years ago and I have learned to manage them but like you I still deal with those anxious feeling and I'm just tired of battling them whic...

My doctor was great at using Xa...

No, it is not easy, simple but not easy. You are doing so well, don't expect it to be gone over night, you are breaking old, well worn habits and that takes time. Keep up the good work, we are rooting for you.

From a fellow sinus sufferer, that alone can make you extremely tired. It might be a good idea to focus now on taking care of that problem. Pat yourself on the back, take a little break, listen to your tapes and work on your physical health. I have learned to not push myself too hard when my sinus' ...

Wow, I can sure relate to what you are saying about being around negative people, it is hard enough to change ones thoughts without others adding to it. I am trying to learn to detach from those negative comments and to try and surround myself with positive people whenever I have the chance. I joine...

One thing that helped me a lot with the depression was to set aside 10 minutes every day to write down things that I was thankful for. Very simple things, like the way the sun shines in my window, the birds on the feeder, the smell of lilacs, soft PJ's, healthy grandchildren, music, etc. Gratitude w...
