I'm going to try this one more time. Does anyone have trouble journaling, My thoughts just run so fast I can't keep up with them. I find myself not writing and just sitting there with my racing mind.

Mike,I can also relate, but I'm out of work and that adds to my anxiety even more. try to make the best until something else comes along. Use the commute time to listen to your tapes.
