I am starting to recognize and identify the attacks, but sometimes I get so caught up in them I can't say the words "it's just anxiety, nothing here to be afraid of." When you feel anxiety coming on what is the first thing you do?

Thanks for the encouragement...I also seem to be crying more, which actually feels good. I keep things pretty bottled up. I'm hoping my anxiety will decrease and things will smooth out soon...the yoyo effect is discouraging!
