Last night I went back to tape 2, after listing to chapter 1& 2 my anxiety was worst, when it said
ad reline can cause cancer. I get scared of disease & medicine side effects.,If any one has any coaching ideas please help me.

I have finished my tape one and just started on tape 2. How to I control my obsesive thinking which creats a lot of fear & anxiety pumps up.
Today was a very bad day. Need suggestions that could help
