Help. At this time my wather phobia is unbearable. It's hard to even type. I'm working the Program (again) but find little relief. The terror of the water and foul weather are unbearable. What do others do? Doesmanyone else have this stupid problem!!

I've used the program in the past, with some success at the time. My current problem is weather anxiety or phobia, and it's getting worse by the day. Today, in the NE USA is unbearable. I'm using med and it's offering minimal help. Can't think, having trouble typing! Fear is unbearable. Help!
