Hi all...i just wanted to talk about the fact that I have asperger's syndrome. this is actually a big component to the cause of much of my anxiety. a lot of my panic anxiety actually derives from the idea that my brain has been wired differently from most people's (and most of yours i would assume)....

hey guys! listen, i just finished with session 2 this evening an had a great experience! just by listening to all of Session 2 twice this week, i am no longer worried about future panic attacks, if they come! this is mainly because i now know how to deal with them and i have more insight into them. ...
