Stress Center Peer Support

Last night at 3am i wish the chat room was open , i really needed to talk to someone. I woke up and was very dizzy, lightheaded and vision was getting blurry and I felt like i was going to pass out. Right then i thought of the worst as we all do and thought i was dying.
I get these bad dizzy spells ...

Today has been a day of obsessing over my blood pressure .
does anyone else do this ?? does anyone else have really low blood pressure and still feel fine?
mine has been 90/48 and 90/60 and i feel fine when its that low but it kind of scares me and i start thinking about it too much
