Today I read the info in the workbook up to Lesson 1, listened to relaxation tape 2x, listened to tape 1 "Anxiety, Symptoms, causes and common fears" and also listened to part of tape "I'll be There". After all this I feel more anxious despite all my medication. Anyone else have this happen. I'm alm...
