and I have horrible obsessive scary thoughts,
and I often get anxious feelings,
but I rarely ever get attacks.

Is there any medication anyone recommends for someone my age?

I am so terrified to take any medication though...

and for the past week I have been having worse obsessive thoughts than ever.

What I am afraid of, is drugs for some reason...
